"I have a friend who wants to learn about the gospel"

 Well hello! First off I just wanted to re-advise my dear friends
that for my sacrifice, I am not writing personal emails or letters to
anyone but my fam so just know I cherish you all dearly and will talk
to you in August. It's not that I hate you, it's that I love the Lord
more ;) I only send out this group email. thanks for all of the love
and prayers and messages though!

     So I am so excited to tell you about this week because it has
been so miracle filled! The fire is going strong here in East
Sacramento! People have been falling into our laps! We are working
with a couple that have been investigating for years. Hermana V was
here last year and was working with them. They have a couple of
challenges to get through but they are on the up we think. They also
have 4 kids. One of which could also be baptized! They were extended a
date for July 30 by the previous missionaries in the area and when we
followed up on it, the mom hadn't prayed about it and the father
wasn't home so we are going to try to do a more solid lesson with the
whole family to set up a plan to get them baptized.

     Miracle #2: we were trying to get to know the members in our ward
so we called and made appointments. When we asked one hermana, she
said "I have a friend who wants to learn about the gospel can we do it
tomorrow instead?" Probably the best way to cancel an appointment ;)
we went and taught her friend and it went SO WELL! We got to know her
pretty well even though she is pretty shy and we shared the
restoration and then we set up a return. Can't wait for this week!

     Miracle #3: There is a recent convert in our ward who was
baptized a month ago and his girlfriend is interested! We went and
taught her and she said she was going to come to churches AND SHE DID!
The ward was so good to her and when the relief society went to sing
in sacrament, she went up with them! (She had time to practice because
sacrament meeting is last in this ward). And another miracle, they are
planning on getting married on the 20 of July! We are so excited!

     The zone is doing really really well and we are seeing so many
miracles. There is so much good urgent energy here and I am so excited
to be here! I LOVE mission life! Thanks again for your love and
support! :))
